Come be a part of our mission:
To grow, connect and inspire tech talent on the Silicon Prairie.

Our Impact

In 2017, AIM’s youth programs funded $1.5 million for tech in schools, and served nearly 3,000 first-generation college bound teens. helped fill more than 300,000 jobs.

Our leadership training, conference and networking events reached more than 34,000 tech professionals.

Working for AIM means making a career out of making an impact.

Our Mission

AIM is an innovative, not-for-profit that grows, connects and inspires the tech talent ecosystem through career development and education programs.

Through these efforts, we improve lives on the Silicon Prairie.

Empowering people.

Enhancing organizations.

Building communities.

Our Culture

At AIM, we’re challenge seekers. We’re connectors. We believe in giving back to the community.

In 2017, AIM team members logged more than 1,600 community engagements — volunteering, mentoring, sitting on boards, participating at meetups.

In so many places, in so many ways, AIM team members build the community, on and off the job.

Our People

The reason I love AIM is because of the way we are a catalyst in improving people’s lives. I recently talked to a nurse who happened to be an alum of AIM’s Upward Bound program. She told me that without Upward Bound, she may not have been the first person in her family to go to college and pursue a medical career. Encounters like these, where I hear how AIM changed the trajectory of a teenager’s life, only solidify why I love what we do here!

Abraham Ramirez, Account Manager

“Coming to work at AIM isn’t like your typical job, not your everyday, run of the mill job, and here is why: I have always had managers who give me enough space, yet held me accountable in order to let me grow. I receive honest feedback and have clear, attainable goals. I feel committed to always do better at my job, thus in my life. The company values match my personal values. If these things make sense to you, you should be working at AIM too!”
